There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets.
The box office accepts cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Many events offer free tickets to ASU students, faculty, and staff with a valid JagCard.
Holders of free ASU tickets must present their valid JagCard with their ticket at the event to gain admission.
Tickets ordered online, over the phone or through the mail are subject to a $1 per order handling charge. This charge can be avoided by purchasing your tickets in person at the box office.
Tickets will not be reserved without payment.
